If you are unable to find an answer to your question in our knowledge base, please do the following:


  1. In the top right-hand corner of this page, click "Login" (if you've already set up a service account) or "Sign up" to quickly create an account.
  2. Click the "New support ticket" link
  3. Submit your service request


IMPORTANT: When replying to ticket-related emails, please do not add a CC'd email address in your response. This creates duplicate tickets.


Please do not create multiple tickets for the same problem. To update the ticket you can either reply to the e-mail from <support@csmisolutions.freshdesk.com> or click the link (https://csmisolutions.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets) in the e-mail and click the Reply button at the top of the Ticket or scroll to the bottom and click the Reply link at the bottom of the Ticket.
